So, I'm out of the country and my buddy sent me some money while I"m abroad. The money has been on hold for 3 days now, and I don't understand why PayPal is doing this? There was no good's or services exchanged, and it keeps telling me to update shipping info and the such, so I don't know what to do to get the money, other than wait, but I could really use the money NOW, as the reason why he sent it to me.
