My linked Account is PNB (savings and credit card). Can you confirm PNB is not yet available to transfer money to my PP and is the reason why I don't see Add Money?

Add Money is not available in some countries. You can select the bank account as payment method during checkout instead.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
