Not possible directly. You'll have to use exchangers but if available for PayPal, use the ones that Payza authorizes as per:

Don't use exchangers other than the ones authorized by Payza as not all of them are safe to use.
Or can try to add the Payza prepaid MasterCard to your PayPal account that you can withdraw payza funds to and select the card as funding source at PayPal checkout.
