problem with withdrawing funds

Hello, Ever since last night I have had a problem withdrawing funds from my acoount . The message on the screen says 'Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later.'
Does anyone else have this problem too?

How do I send an email to PayPal?

Seems to be a lot of posts in the last few days re problems with withdrawing funds from account holders in Serbia.

I have a friend also from my country that has the same problem... 

@kernowlass Do you have any tips for us? How do we solve the problem? Has this happened before?

I also wrote an email to PayPal but still haven't got an answer...

Same problem here, also Serbia. Been going on for about 3 days now. I sent Paypal support a message and they told me they are aware of the problem and are working on fixing it.

 

Come on Paypal, this is very, very serious. Please deal with the situation ASAP.
