problem with adding my card

so i added my Discover card on my account and it is showing up in my wallet but when i try to pay it is not showing up can you help me with this

Have you confirmed it with the 4 digit code?

Is it a virtual ie online only card?

Does the billing address of your card match your paypal address?

i saw the transaction on my statement but it was pending and than later removed. it is discover card. the adress does not match since i live in serbia but i have a US card

Thats why then, you can't confirm another countries card where the billing address does not match.
