problem connecting bank account

Helo, we can't connect to the bank account, the link a bank account always pops up
"we're sorry, we're not able to process your reguest right now. please try again later".

Thanks for asking your question in our Community. 

If you are not able to add your bank I would advise calling us so we can review this and help you. 

There can be several reasons why you get this message but in order to see what is happening we need to review the account.
