Hi guys,
I need help. I am trying to cash in my funds from my Paypal to GCash (a merchant tool to transfer my funds from PP to them) but I am getting this message from Paypal "To protect your account, this preapproved payments has been deactivated. To reactivate it, reset your PIN." Where do I set my PIN? I've been looking around my Paypal but I don't see any option to do it. I have also tried to Google it and it says to reset PIN through Paypal but I can't find where to do that.
