hello, I am having issue with paypal, I had a negative balance $3.22, which I do not agree with, but instead I paid it. The same day Paypal Unauthorized an additional charge for $3.22 which I did not give them permission to do. I would like to DELETE my BANK ACCOUNT from PAYPAY. Because the additional unauthorized charge of $3.22 is pending I can not DELETE my bank account information. I tried call several times, each time I get a message stating Paypal can not take my call at this time. I have already contacted my bank, but since COVID-19 Paypal Service is not great!!
NOTE: Paypal Transfer with number including date and amount, not sure if they are refunding my money I should not have paid or if Paypal Unauthorized a payment. Need to speak to someone who can resolved this isssue, I thought I had via messaaging. I am extremely disappointed in the Customer Service at Paypal
