i received money from my father and for some reason it is in pending .. i am not buying or selling anything .. just money to help with me rent

" pending " means the bank is transferring your money. this normally takes 3-5 days, but you can contact customer service, and ask them to mark it as " urgent " it should take around 2 days if they do that. hope this helped!
