hello

i have a pending process in which i tried to purchase some items from victoria secerts but the process never went through 

surprisingly the money was taken from my visa and i still didn't receive any refund since victoria secrets never accepted the payment method why the process is still pending ? and why the money was taken from my visa ?

i contacted victoria secrets customer service and they advised me to contact with you since they don't have any order history or something to be cancelled 

i need i refund of my money 160.10 $

When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is often pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.

If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.
