pending withdrawls - more like borrow your money

so been buying and selling since 2005, never had an issue.

But what is going on with Paypal these days, large payment recieved on a friday - held for 72 hours, (1hr to wait left), large payment recieved on the Monday - guess what held for 72 hours - online chat suggests my next large payment due that too will be subject to security.

Security my **bleep**...... thought it was a random check - but twice in 4 days, and probably again in a week's time.

Looks like the good old banking days of the 80's - where every transaction took 3 days - could never understand where it all went.

This is the internet, lotsa scams and funny things go on and you're receiving large payments, PayPal has to risk assess and make sure these funds good and from reliable funding sources. It's a formality and the system is run by software so if A, then B. All transactions maybe subject to review. Real world clashing with the virtual world.
