pending payment

hello

recently i sold a item without providing tracking because i delivered myself and the buyer did the transaction without a paypal account

and now the payment is in hold? any advice?

I'm sorry to hear that the funds are held pending delivery for an item that was hand-delivered. If tracking isn't available for the item and the buyer is unable to confirm delivery in the transaction details listed in their account, the funds will be held for 21 days and then they will be released as long as there are no disputes.
