I just sold a vehicle. The buyer wanted to use PayPal- which is new for me. I said yes and now the money is "on hold" in my account. Can the buyer cancel payment?? I do not want him to leave with the car until payment is in my account. I read what i could find regarding completion of payment... and it appears the buyer can change their mind- which will be problematic if they take their money back and have the car. I completed the portion saying the service was rendered to expedite payment, but still there will be a 7 day hold.... please help. I do not want to be ripped-off. Thanks, beth
