my money is on hold, it says it will be released within 7 days but to day is its 7th day 😔

Normally its states if you have not sent trackable BUT mark the item as processed or shipped then funds may be released to you 7 days after the buyer has confirmed receipt ie verified they have got the item, so did they have that option and use it?

If not then its 21 days.
