On Friday, I had $406, and wanted to move $390 to my PayPal. 3 days later, I have $159 (from spending money) and PayPal then takes out $390 and leaves me with a negative balance of $230. How do I get PayPal or my bank to reverse my money back to $159 or cancel the transaction?
