i had already hooked/linked my card in paypal and was approved but everytime i make transactions (e.g. sending money to other pay pal account) pay pal still asks me to link a card. evenso i manage to follow by typing once again the info of my card and my other in an attempt to link my card to paypal it keeps asking to link my card OVER AND OVER AGAIN.
i followed the instructions but when i was about to get the code it did not appear on the message instead name MARK appeared instead of 4 digit numbers. i have tried two times code didn't show. i was deducted twice on my balance but still cannot hook my card thanks
