money was sent to me on may 31 from my brother 7k
on june 5th i transferred it to my bank 6200
on june 13 paypal withdrew it from my bank 6200
they will not put it back in my account ! they said they took it back in case my brother wanted it back ????
i have called and called and keep getting different stories
this should be illigal
