paypal to payoneer transfer issue.

16th November 2019 I withdrew some money to Payoneer. today is 4th December 2019, but I did not get the money on Payoneer yet. Payoneer said they didn't reach the money, therefore they can not cancel the transaction. and PayPal said they can't cancel the bank transfer. any idea about where is the money????

Paypal does not support Payoneer, you can sometimes add an account but it won't work properly and Paypal advise against you trying.
