paypal refuses to take my call or reply to messages just from them not loading my bank account after 5 tries, now my messages are ignored my phone calls are disconnected. ALL I WANT TO DO IS BE ABLE TO PAY ON EBAY, YOU DECLINE MY PAYMENTS IN THE FIRST PLACE. NOW MY CARD IS LINKED. if this matter is not resolved I will press further legal procedures like reporting you to the better business bureau, I don't want to get angry, but im really **bleep** off now.
