paypal <> mpesa linking error

"The PayPal and M-PESA accounts you've listed don't belong to the same person. Please make sure that the details in your accounts match"

I get this error every time, yet they're perfectly aligned.

Please ensure the name on your M-Pesa account matches exactly what is registered on your PayPal account. If there is a name mismatch, the transfer may be declined.
