paypal KEEPS TAKING 2.60€ from my bank account every day and they send me email starting There wasn't enough money in your bank account ending in **<Removed> to cover the below payment you sent. As a result, we debited the amount from your PayPal balance. i ordered one thing with paypal and i had 0.0 money on it so i canceled the order and now im waiting for a refund (since jan11) but it says on paypal i was already refunded AND PAYPAL IS STILL TAKING MY MONEY!! will they ever send the money back??
You funded the payment to the seller using bank transfer. What PayPal do here is credit the recipient on your behalf (so there is no delay in despatching your item). Then if you receive a refund in the meantime they are unable to issue this until the original bank transfer completes.
