paypal hold funds

Hi I just received a payment from a buyer through paypal but as soon as it hit paypal they put it on hold for 21 days. Why?

I'm sorry to hear that there's confusion about delayed funds availability. Please take a look at this article for some reasons why funds availability might be delayed.
