I thought I did not get the verification code but I already got it so I requested another code for my Mastercard verification. so they again debited 100 PHP from my account and it happened two more times. please help me get my money back!

When you confirm the card then x1 of the payments will be refunded.
The others will time out after a certain time (country dependent) as unused.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
