paypal balance problem

 why i cant use my paypal balance to buy items do i need to wait 30 days 21 days  or 180 days im new to paypal 😞

Have you verified your account with a card confirmed with the 4 digit code (or whatever option is in your country)?

Are the funds in your balance in the same currency the recipient accepts?

ihave confirmed and is maybe that imnew at paypal and imbusiness acc and isnt witthdRaw option too

ihave created myac on 15nowember and in 20 november got100€ now ihave 110€ how many days o whenmymoneys are avaiable topay or withdrawn?
