I have received a payment for a sale on ebay. It shows on my activity statement as 'payment' and shows as a + in green. I know it has been paid to me. I have contacted the purchaser (who I trust 100%) and he has confirmation that he has paid and the amount and that it has gone out of his bank account. My problem is that the sum does not show on my available paypal balance. Don't understand why. The transaction was made in mid June - so a good couple of weeks ago. Can anyone help? Thanks. Geoff
Go to ebay and click on 'sell' put in anything (as you aren't going to actually list anything) until you get to the main page > scroll down near the bottom and where it says payment methods check the email address that is on that page, is there a spelling mistake or old one?
