I have transferred funds from my linked bank account today as I have and do most days. this is always instantly available in my PayPal account. but today a transaction at 12.36pm still hasn't arrived in my PayPal but has been debited for account!! these always come through from PayPal (Europe) s a r.l et CIE. anyone else having or had this issue?
