Anybody else having a problem with paypal suddenly witholding funds
Had the accout for 6 years no real problems.
Sold to 42 people this year and shipped to 42 people.
Now over last week paypal witheld funds for 3 items.
Spoke to them on the phone and to be told they had to make sure the buyers would receive the item as paypal were not sure we would ship them, that if we obeyed the rules of paypal they would not hold the funds, when asked they acknowledged we had not broken rules. All of this was broken up by her continual sighing.
100% delivery record over 6 years means abosultely nothing to paypal
