Paypal suddenly automatically asked me to verify my card which I was already using and so I did but I have been unable to find the details on my bank statement or the 4 digit code to verify my card? I now have a small balance allowance but cannot increase it without the verification of my card. L have emailed and haven't got an answer how can I resolve this?. I have funds I need to access
