So, I made a payment of 152 Cad and since my bank acc didnt have sufficent balance to pay, my paypal account became-152, negative balance. After i realized that, I used my other card to add 152 to my balance and now it is back to 0 not negative anymore. However, my bank acc is still being charged 152. I dont get it. That means I paid 304 for the payment. 152From my bank and 152 for my paypal negative balance. Idk whats happening
