A seller sent me a payment. He paid it with a credit card and the money was take from his account immediately.
At the moment on my account in the activity section, the payment is with status Pending and at the same time shows label Payment received. I can not get the money.
The person that sent me the money tells me that he sees that I have not claimed the payment yet.
Can someone help? How exactly can I "claim" the payment and get the money?
As you have not added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in then sadly can't advise. Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.
