my payment is on hold though the customer have paypal account but he paid as a guest and it was a digital order so how I will be going to receive the amount?
In 7-21 days PayPal will release it if it is marked On Hold and in your Pending PayPal balance. Because the transaction was not associated with the customer's PayPal account at time of payment by logging in to pay, it won't show up in customer's PayPal account so they go into the transaction details to release funds earlier by confirming receipt of goods.
