payment on hold and cant mark the order as shipped

Hey i sold some online product (rap beat)
and someone send me the money .

the person address is ''unconfirmed''

and every time i tryna change the order status to shipped/ order processed it says :

We're experiencing technical difficulties

We're sorry for the inconvenience.

now he got the beat but my money is stuck on hold

what can i do ?

You'll just have to wait and try again later. Once it allows you to update order status, ask sender to confirm receipt on their end of the transaction if that feature is available for them. Otherwise, you'll have to wait up to 21 days for PayPal to release funds.

i already tried to wait and retry did it 10 times . 

maybe it happens because his address is unconfirmed ?

lately i got a msg that says:

You have recently updated your order information. You’ll get your money within 7 days of verification.
