payment made to an old payerid

I recently have had a payment made from whitehatgaming casilando to my PayPal using an old Id. I created a new account and used the same email address (this account). £300 from whitehatgaming was sent to my old id. Is there a way to transfer this money to this account as the old id and account no longer exists

When you say it was sent to your old i.d. do you mean it was sent to an old email address / paypal account / phone number?

Also did you close the account it was sent to or just can't access it?
