payment is on HOLD but the buyer has been charged for it

I have shipped my order but it has no tracking information because it was a VIRTUAL service, and my buyer says he has not received any mail to confirm the shipping. Now my payment is on HOLD but the buyer has been charged for it.

I am sorry to know that the payment is on hold. In this situation, you can inform the buyer to confirm the receipt from their PayPal account using a web browser from  a computer after 48 hours of sending the payment.
