hey guys I am trying to buy a course online but keep getting this message: 

Payment Error

PayPal reports that one of the emails involved in this transaction is currently restricted. This purchase cannot be made currently.

If your account is fine then the sellers account may have limitations on it at the moment and can't receive paypal payments.
