pay pal took my money

I was trying to use the top up programme to top up my pay pal balance and the transaction went through but there is no money in my account. How do i get the money back? its not in my account and its not in paypal balance

I'm sorry to hear that a top up is missing. If you used the Top Up feature, the funds may take 2-3 business days to arrive in your PayPal account. If they have not arrived after that time, please contact PayPal customer service to take a look. To reach customer service, click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website, or reach out by Facebook or Twitter.

I hope the funds are already found!
