on hold payments for over 1 year

so i been using paypal for 1 year now and i made over 1k$ (note im not a seller i just work online) and my payments still get on hold for 30 days and i want to know what can i know?

To release your funds, click the transaction, then click "Add Tracking" button, select an order status and then ask the sender to log on to their account and click "Confirm Receipt" on their end of the transaction to release funds.

Why your funds are specifically subject to PayPal's 21 day hold for that long, you'll need to contact PayPal customer service.

Contact customer service for assistance:

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

Say "Live Agent" to the automated recording.

@sharpiemarker Hey thanks for helping me out but i can't find the 'Add Tracking'i only see 'refund this payment' is there something im doing wrong?

The "Add Tracking Info" button should be near the top of the box, once you click on the transaction to see transaction details. If you don't have that button then you must wait 21 days for PayPal to release it then.

If you fulfill the order, but don’t provide or don't need to provide any shipping information, your payment should be available after 21 days, as long as your buyer doesn’t report any issues with the transaction.

@sharpiemarker  ohh okay sounds good but its not an order bec i don't really sell stuff and i just work online so is there anything can i get it early? because i been waiting for every single payment 30 days  for one year so could you tell me if there anything i fix this? thank you

Goods or services, if the payment is subject to the hold, then it is. PayPal just wants the funds to be there just in case the sender reports a problem. This is not something than can be "fixed" or overridden. It's software run and automated and goes by algorithms. If A, then B, etc. 

Do you receive payments consistently? Or do you once in a while receive payments for services? These holds may happen if your payments are inconsistent or deemed as high risk by the system
