just got off the phone with Paypal and after 4 days and numerous calls on hold speaking with someone i was told i would receive my payments in 24hrs. aas soon as we hung up a received a email saying 100% of my funds will be held. I need my funds now to continue my business otherwise I will be closed down. Why cant i get anyone from paypal to just help me.
