no option to link bank account

hello... i got some question about withdraw. i am using Paypal Cambodia, i want to transfer my balance from Paypal to Bank account. but the problem is Cambodia Paypal doesn't have any option to link into bank account. So my question is how can i transfer my money from Paypal to bank account?
