new debit card received but unable to amend details to paypal as the 16 digit number has changed

I have just received a new debit card with the 16 digit number changed, however I can't seem to put these numbers to tell paypal my new details

You must add it anew.  Make sure your old card is not connected to any automatic payments before removal:

Go to Account Settings (gear icon) > Payments > Manage Automatic Payments

Select merchant on left, click EDIT on the right.
