new address and bank account not updating

I successfully updated an address and debit card but when I try to use the updated details in a transaction, it comes up with a message saying there was a problem and tells me to look at my details. I notice too that my old address comes up and the card details are not there. I can,t find where I can access my Profile to check this!

You access profile by clicking on the cog shaped icon next to log out.
