few days back i received a payment of 35 euro from my client , and it went to dispute and paypal decided the result in favour of buyer. so 8.15 euro deducted from my account and balance came to -ve (-44 euro). after that I submitted shipping details of that product and paypal refunded my 35 euro , but still my account is in -ve balance (-9 euro). how to resolve this???
