negative balance

Hello. I have negative balance on my paypal account.I'm not able to pay for it now. It's about 3.800€ and I need 2 months and I will pay it all. How long I can keep the negative balance there? After how long they send the issue to debt collectors? All I need is time and now I confused.I will fix it just dont have money right now. Thank u for every answer

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

I was told by PayPal Customer Service just 3 nights ago that they were going to zero my balance as the man I was talking to understood and knows I did not do it.. I would never mess up the great job I was doing. So how long does it take for them to make the change and my account show a 0 zero balance?????
