I am trying and have been trying to transfer funds to my bank account for 3 days now, and the site just refuses to allow me to. this is rent money and i needed it yesterday. (LITERALLY) it keeps saying we can't verify your identity, and when i call all I get is " security locked your account down. and try again in 24 hours." HELP!!
Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.
