my tenant send me the rent via paypal this time in hurry, its been a week and still amount is pending. How do I get that money in this case. There are no items to ship in this case. I hate paypal in this scenario. Any help is appreciated on how to get my rent in this case which is on hold right now.
Go into the transaction, click add tracking and select order status (ie. Order Processed, Service Rendered) and then ask the tenant to confirm receipt on their end to release funds. Do this whenever the funds are on hold and you do not need to ship.
