my money is missing due to my bank account dinied the money transfer from paypal

i dont know which specific topic nor complain to submit, because i dont know why my money is missing!? is paypal account can debit my transaction? is whis what happened when i transfer my money from paypal to bank account last march 15,2019, my bank denied my transfer but the email verification says that were transferring money to you bank account, but then i didnt notice it yet that time, today march 18, ill check my balance into my bank and im shock because the money didnt show, then ill check my paypal account and i notice transaction is denied. what specific file case can i out it to get back my money, thank you

I'm having this same problem except between amazon and my bmo account  I should be having 200 in the account. One one side amazon says i didn't put the correct expiry date so it was canceled and another amazon is saying the bank declined it for what ever reason.
