my money is holding more 7 days

I would like to know why my money is still on hold?

It was paid by my client last November 14, 2020, and I already updated the shipment tracking and the order status : send

No disputes raised or any negative things coming up between me and my client.

Now, it is already November 24, it's been more than 7 days but the money is still on my pending balance. I tried messaging paypal but they did not reply. Please help. My client told me, he does not received any confirmation message from Paypal.

When funds are released.
1.
Normally funds are released when tracking shows delivery of the item to the buyer + 1 day as long as you used one of Paypals approved shipping carriers / Paypal shipping.
2.
If you don't send with tracking then funds are released at 21 days (30 days in some countries).
3.
If you are selling items to be collected OR virtual items OR services where tracking is not appropriate then you can mark the transaction as processed and the buyer 'may' have the option to confirm receipt on the transaction on their Paypal account. IF the buyer agrees to do so and IF the option is available to them then funds may be released earlier for you, however that is not guaranteed.
4.
If its an ebay sale then funds from ebay may be released earlier with positive feedback.
