i am trying to get money my husband sent to my aol email address because that is the account i used to have my paypal under. now i use gmail. so i went to my email and there was the email from paypal that my husband send me money. it siad i could claim it by signing in and it would link my aol email to the account and then when i confirmed my email the money would be there. it hasnt showed up

Double check if the aol email address is even added in your account settings (gear icon) and confirmed.

Or maybe the aol account is really connected to another PayPal account but you're logging into your PayPal account that's linked to a gmail account?

the aol is linked in my gmail account. its confirmed but the money still hasnt shown up
