Hello,

For a pending my money ON HOLD I am in trouble now.

 Everyone knows because the problem that occurs in the state of China because of a Coronavirus.

 All the suppliers were on vacation. Even the shipping companies (DHL, UPS...) did not working.

 I sent all requests but were booked at the airport because of the virus.

 We are not to try to solve the problem with the officials. But we do not want to lose our customers, we want to send them a new product, but our money has been ON HOLD from you.

 Please raise the reservation to send other requests.
