Almost 3 days ago, I created a paypal account and added a credit card in it... Due to the fatch that I connected and dissconected this credit card multiple times there was a suspicious activity on my account... Although when I put my id card and confirmed my credit card, there was sent a notification which said that I couldnt use my account anymore, neither cancel my credit card.
